About the role | Mo te turanga mahi The Content Delivery Manager leads the creation of proactive, high-quality storytelling content across ACC's channels.

This role is responsible for engaging customers and stakeholders through effective engagement strategies and social marketing programmes; all aligned with ACC's External Engagement Strategy and business objectives.

As the channel content expert, you will provide strategic advice on integrated and channel-appropriate content, supporting ACC's focus on rehabilitation performance, injury prevention, Scheme access and sustainability.

This is a 6 month fixed term or interagency secondment opportunity.

What you'll do :

• Lead content strategy and deliveryManage the creation of customer-focused content across digital, social media and industry channels, ensuring alignment with ACC's engagement goals.
• Drive team performance and continuous improvementLead a team of content experts, fostering a high-performing culture and championing best-practice storytelling and innovation.
• Provide strategic content adviceAdvise on channel-appropriate content and engagement strategies, working closely with internal teams and external partners to meet customer needs.
• Enable integrated engagementEstablish and maintain collaborative processes across External Engagement teams, ensuring teams work cohesively, and risks are managed effectively.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $123,676 and $152,430 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
