Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Solutions Lead to gather and clarify business requirements, minimise ambiguities with stakeholders, review systems, and ensure alignment with Rotorua Lakes Council policies and core objectives.
• Engage a wide range of stakeholders, gain their buy-in, and effect change by acting as a trusted advisor who understands the needs of the business and the required outcomes.
• Be involved with current and future business solutions and deliver significant business change and enhancement projects.
