Overview

The Role : We are looking for a Faults Billing Analyst to join our Faults Department. In this role, you will play an integral part in providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operations, handling a wide range of clerical tasks while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will :

  • Manage key administrative tasks, including invoicing, correspondence, purchase orders, and scheduling.
  • Generate and analyze reports to drive solutions and collaborate with clients and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Northpower, customer, and regulatory standards while meeting performance goals.
  • Communicate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvements in safety, processes, and efficiency.
  • Uphold Health, Safety, and Quality standards to maintain a safe and productive environment.

    • About You

    We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive. To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • Ideally 5+ years of administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including generating and analysing reports
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A motivated, team player attitude and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
