In this role, you will be a key member of the Finance Team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll and invoicing processes. You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives, conduct regular audits, and provide technical expertise in payroll systems and compliance. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will support robust financial reporting and help drive operational efficiency across the business.

We are seeking proven experience in payroll, finance, or data analysis, with a strong understanding of NZ payroll legislation and Holidays Act compliance

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll, finance, or data analysis
  • Proficient in NZ payroll legislation and Holidays Act compliance (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with payroll and finance systems (e.g., DataPay, Xero)
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in process improvement and system optimisation
  • Highly skilled Finance team
