Novotel Tainui Hamilton is in the heart of beautiful Kirikiriroa (Hamilton).

This is a 4 level hotel with a total of 217 rooms, located alongside the Waikato River.

We have an opening for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help keep things ticking at Restaurant on Alma.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Bar and Restaurant

Delegate duties among staff so all aspects of the shift are covered, ensure concise handover to the next shift

Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations

Take all practicable steps to maintain a safe work environment following Accor Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedure

Qualifications

LCQ and GM Certificate preferred

Good communication skills

Leadership experience

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

High level of initiative

Symphony experience preferred

Willing to go above and beyond for the guests
