Cushman & Wakefield NZ is on the lookout for a skilled Plumber to join our team at the newly built Waikeria Prison. If you’re trade qualified, have solid plumbing experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks across the site
- Responding to work orders and ensuring timely completion
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues proactively
- Completing daily site documentation and adhering to health & safety protocols
- Participating in rostered call-outs and occasional weekend shifts
- Working closely with both internal teams and external contractors
What You’ll Bring
NZ Trade Qualification in Plumbing with current registration and license (Certifying preferred)Minimum 3 years’ work experience2+ years in commercial maintenance (preferred)Solid understanding of the Plumbers, Gasfitters & Drainlayers Act 2006Full NZ Driver’s LicenceComfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic software (Word, Excel, Webmail)Site Safe, Working at Heights, and EWP certification (preferred but not essential)Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetOther Bits You Should Know
