Drainage, Sewerage & Stormwater Labourers Wanted - Waikato

Looking for a change of pace or a new worksite to sink your shovel into?

Tradestaff Hamilton is on the lookout for motivated Drainage Labourers ready to jump into action.

What You'll Be Getting Your Hands Dirty With

This is a physically active role where you'll be helping with :

Preparing worksites for drainage and sewer installation

Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, pits, culverts, and drainage structures

Cleaning, inspecting and performing minor repairs on stormwater and sewerage systems

Operating tools and equipment (under supervision)

Assisting with trench digging, pipe laying, and backfilling

Spotting for machinery and ensuring safe operation zones

Performing general site clean-up and material handling

Following safety procedures and wearing PPE at all times

What We're Looking For

You've got your own reliable wheels

Can name two solid work referees

Safety-first mindset – you live and breathe it!

Ready and able to pass a drug screen

Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you're keen to work hard, learn, and be part of a solid team – we've got space for you.

Competitive pay : starting from $28-30 / hr, depending on experience
