The Role :

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of our busy in-house restaurants (Bailiez Café & Bar & Hilights Buffet Restaurant), ensuring our service is smooth, professional, and guest-focused.

You will be hands-on on the floor, leading by example and supporting the team during breakfast and dinner service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead front-of-house staff during service.
• Ensure all guests receive outstanding, friendly and efficient service.
• Assist with staff training, rostering and performance management.
• Manage reservations and ensure proper table planning.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance.
