Overview

Part time, Fixed term, FTTE up to : 0.5, Start Date : 29 / 01 / 2026, End Date : 17 / 12 / 2026 (Flexible working arrangement for 2026)

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher

Subjects : English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality teaching across Phase 2 and 3 of the curriculum.
  • Deliver instruction and assessment across the listed subject areas : English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te Reo Māori, The Arts.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment within a rural primary school setting.

Qualifications

  • NZ practising certificate.
  • Commitment to raising student achievement.
