We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team to deliver exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment.

You will be part of a team working on fulfilling open sales orders, updating ETAs on all open purchase orders, managing new orders, resolving queries from Internal and external partners, and managing inbound freight.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end order transactions, including fulfilment and invoicingProactively track orders in the system, identify system issues and resolveManage operational transactions and periodic billingSupport commercial and finance teams on operational mattersEnsure timely order delivery and resolve issuesAddress customer queries, disputes, and special requestsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer valueHandle high volumes of customer requests and daily EDI activitiesManage month / quarter-end commitments and inbound freightQualifications / RequirementsIntermediate Excel skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressureSAP and ticketing tools experience a bonus but not essentialPersonal AttributesPositive, proactive attitudeStrong communication and analytical skillsDetail-oriented and committed to excellenceQuick learner who thrives under pressureAbout UsJoin a certified Great Place to Work!
