Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.DESIGNATION : Senior AnalystRESPONSIBILITIESPurpose of the roleA Senior Analyst in Client Servicing will manage research projects, including design, set-up, analysis and reporting, as well as managing of existing client relationships.Scope of the roleTo manage research projects from end-to-end, requiring a blend of technical research skills, project management abilities and strong communication and client-facing skills.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Research Managers and other team members to manage quantitative research projects.Project management to include questionnaire design and fieldwork preparation and working closely with data processing team to ensure data is accurate and on timeAnalyse and generate meaningful insights from research data, and prepare presentations for project pitches and presentationsTake responsibility for project management and client interaction at various stages of the research studyFunctional CompetenciesKeen to learn and proactive in self-developmentStrong attention to detail and perform with consistent accuracyCommunicate and work effectively with the teamAble to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperienceAt least 2 years of Market Research Experience (preferably in agency role)Familiarity with SPSS will be advantageousQUALIFICATIONSMinimum bachelor's degree in Market Research, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field.
