• The Risk and Assurance team is part of the Finance business unit and plays a vital role in supporting WorkSafe's daily operations.

By providing expert advice and assurance processes, the team helps ensure compliance with legal obligations and Crown Entity expectations.

Their work underpins the organisation's ability to meet its goals with confidence and integrity.

The role supports the building of internal risk capability and works closely with stakeholders to ensure risks are proactively identified, assessed and managed in alignment with the risk management framework.

A key focus is embedding a risk-aware culture and ensuring risk ownership is transitioned sustainably across the organisation.

Note : KiwiSaver / SSRSS employer contribution is additional too / on top of your base salary.
