OverviewAt Business Registries, we administer critical compliance functions on behalf of the Registrar of Companies, enabling corporate entities to meet their legal obligations.We are looking for a motivated Compliance Officer to join our team and make a difference.

Auckland based permanent position.

Salary range : $68,380-$77,359 + KiwiSaver + Wellness Benefits.What you'll doAdminister compliance functions for the Registrar of Companies and other statutory officesWork collaboratively with the Investigator and Business Registries teams to uphold market integrityContribute to compliance and enforcement strategies to ensure fair and thriving marketsLiaise with other agencies and draft clear, concise reportsAnalyse complex problems and develop effective, workable solutionsSkills and Experience RequiredKnowledge of the statutory functions of the Registrar of Companies and relevant legislationProven experience with registry systems and compliance processesStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and perform under pressureExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsCritical thinking and decision-making capabilities, even in time sensitive situationsMust have the legal right to live and work in New ZealandWhat we stand forMBIE\'s goal is to create a resilient and high-performing economy that delivers real and ongoing quality of life for all New Zealanders.
