We are 100% New Zealand-owned and operated and a proud member of the Talley's Group; New Zealand's leading exporter of meat, dairy, seafood, and vegetable products.Job DescriptionAFFCO Rangiuru currently has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Compliance Manager to join our site leadership team based in the Bay of Plenty.Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position provides specialist support to the AFFCO Rangiurusite while co-ordinating the implementation and on-going effectiveness of systems and procedures.

The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the site adheres to quality and compliance programmes (including but not limited to HACCP, RMP, supporting programmes) andensuringthe plant remains compliant with NZ and overseas regulatory requirements at all times.

You will also be responsible for managing the site based Compliance team.With an organised and systematic approach to your work, you also have the ability to develop and lead a technical team, while liaisingand supporting managers and supervisors to perform their roles more effectively.The ideal candidate will have the following attributes : A team-player with the desire to lead and motivateSystematic and detail-orientedExcellent organisation and time managementA strong commitment to upholding standards and processesQualificationsA tertiary qualification or relevant work experience is essential for this role, however full training can be provided for the right candidate.Previous experience in the meat industry is preferred,but not essential.
