Job Description :

JD : Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of OpenShift / Container Platform.

Coordinate, escalate, resolve, and close any service request, incident, problem, and change management issues assigned to the team.

Perform patching, software implementations, and upgrades to RedHat OpenShift technologies.

Work varied schedules including on-call responsibilities through a team rotation.

Automate operational tasks and contribute to automation activities.

Implement automation to support regular operational activities such as patching, health checks, and application operational tasks.

Provide technical expertise in establishing and implementing standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions, including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise.

Required Expertise :

6+ years of experience with Linux, Windows, Networking, and / or Storage

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud products

Administration experience of Redhat OpenShift v4.x

Strong DevOps / CI / CD process architecture / engineering, with exposure to tools like GitHub, Grafana, Prometheus

Proficiency in Ansible for automation scripting and deployment; knowledge of Shell scripting, PowerShell, Linux Shell is a plus
