Consulting - Finance and Operations Transformation - Senior Analyst

About the role

This role sits within our Finance and Operations Transformation team and covers a wide variety of engagements including operational excellence, performance improvement and finance transformation. You will have the opportunity to work with both private and public sector clients across industries as diverse as agriculture to banking. This role is for a Senior Analyst with a financial background to join our Finance and Operations Transformation team in Auckland, New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver engagements and assist in converting new business opportunities through relationship development and competitive tender processes.
• Engage with staff at all levels, including Executive Teams and Boards, to manage and communicate project progress and outcomes.
• Contribute to change and project management activities within an agile environment and support the delivery of complex engagements.
• Apply strong analytical skills, tell a clear story, and convey key messages through written and verbal communication.
• Utilize strong financial literacy, ideally supported by professional qualifications (e.g., CA or CFA) or progress toward one.
• Leverage Excel and data analysis tools; experience with Power BI and Alteryx is an asset.
