As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in enabling great customer outcomes by providing top-class business analysis services with the following key responsibilities :
Business Analysis :
Delivering end-to-end business analysis services focused on business process improvement, including :
requirements definition,
process design and gap analysis,
user story creation as input into solution build, ensuring alignment with business requirements,
UAT support, and
change management enablement.
Navigate Complexity :
Thrive in navigating through complexity and ambiguity at pace.
Build Relationships :
Foster a collaborative team environment and build positive professional relationships.

To have demonstrated these traits you'd likely have at least
5 years' experience working as a Business Analyst
Banking and Payments
experience is preferred
