Senior Project Managers

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a high-profile infrastructure project that will enhance connectivity, accessibility, and long-term resilience for the community.

This role is about more than managing scope and timelines – it's about visible leadership, integration, and collaboration.

You'll provide direction across design and construction, and lift project delivery capability across the wider organisation.

In this role, you will :

Lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects from design to completion

Manage scope, budget, procurement, risk, and contract performance

Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including internal staff, consultants, and contractors

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community groups

Present confidently in governance and engagement forums

Mentor and coach project managers to uplift capability

Champion continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery

About You

You're an accomplished project professional with proven experience delivering complex, high-value infrastructure or construction projects.

You're confident operating strategically while staying across the day-to-day detail that drives successful delivery.

You will bring

A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

8–10 years' experience leading complex, multi-million-dollar projects

Strong financial and risk management capability

Proven ability to influence across technical, governance, and stakeholder groups

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
