Hands-on Quality Improvement Specialist role focused on training operators, driving food safety and quality improvements

What you will do

Spend time in production, coaching and influencing operators

Deliver training and build capability so quality ownership sits with the team

Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions and sustainable process change

Prepare SOPs to support improvements in the quality systems

What we are looking for

Strong background in food safety and quality systems (FSSC 22000 / QSR / RMP)

Experience in food, dairy or FMCG manufacturing, with a minimum of 3–5 years' exposure

Proven ability to engage, train and influence frontline operators & supervisors
