Were looking for an experienced and motivated Anaesthetic Technician Manager and Registered Nurse Anaesthetic Assistant (RNAA) to join our perioperative team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of anaesthetic services.In this pivotal role, you will strike a balance between day-to-day operations and strategic workforce planning, ensuring our anaesthetic technician team delivers outstanding care.

Your core responsibilities will include staff leadership, workload prioritisation, and championing continuous improvement initiatives within the theatre environment.

This diverse position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and enjoys navigating both operational challenges and long-term strategic goals.Reporting directly to the Theatre Manager and working closely alongside the Professional Lead Anaesthetic Technicians / RNAA, you will oversee the administrative and operational management of our highly skilled technician workforce.
