Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

Level 8 Adult and Emergency operating theatres in Auckland City Hospital are one of our Operating Room departments in the Perioperative Services at Te Toka Tumai.

As Level 8 Anaesthetic Technician you will be providing a variety of complex but rewarding patient care on a 24 / 7 patient care delivery service for multiple specialities ranging from general surgery, urology, vascular, orthopaedics, trauma, liver and renal transplant, to HIPEC peritonectomy, interventional radiology, obstetrics, neurosurgery adult and paediatric surgical care. We will support you with a robust orientation program, relevant training, and study days.

You will be responsible for efficient, effective and safe patient care delivery as follows :

You will be a qualified anaesthesia support health professional with a relevant qualification e.g experienced Anaesthetic Technician, ODP, or RNAA with minimum two years of post-qualification experience and will meet the following :
