About the Role
This role provides an opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service to major account clients.
You will serve as the central administrative and operational contact, utilizing your Excel skills for reporting, backorder management, data management, and process improvements.
You will collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, customer service, e-commerce, and other internal teams to streamline operations, exceed customer expectations, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete order processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and deliver scheduled and contracted reports for customers and sales teams, maintaining records of sales trends and providing insights.
Assist with onboarding customers onto our e-commerce ordering portal in collaboration with Account and Business Development Managers.
Support sales and customer service teams by assisting with processes, reporting, and operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify and implement improvements in administrative and operational processes to reduce inquiries and increase customer satisfaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support overall sales success.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years administrative experience
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
