Sales Coordinator - Auckland CollectionsEnviro NZ is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Customer Service teams from our Onehunga / Penrose office in Auckland.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the team can focus on customers while driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships.What You'll DoAs a Sales Coordinator, you'll manage new contracts, re-signs, credits, recharges, and terminations while handling customer queries or escalating them when needed.
You'll work closely with the Customer Service team to generate leads, run sales campaigns, and follow up with customers.
Alongside administrative and coordination tasks, you'll have a sales focus—engaging with customers over the phone to upsell and convert opportunities.
You'll also take full ownership of managing the region's trail accounts, including selling additional services, re-signing customers, handling sales-related paperwork, and reducing customer attrition.This is a fast-paced, highly organised role requiring strong Excel skills, CRM experience, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
You'll attend meetings and conferences, providing crucial regional support to the team.
