Responsibilities
Planning for regular contact and visibility for your assigned worksites / member groups
Implement campaign and sector strategies to achieve union goals in your region
Identifying, development and coaching of member leaders
This role starts from the end of January 2026.
Qualifications
Strong relational skills to manage worksite, group and member leader relationships
Has experience working in union or social-impact organisation working to give people the tools to advocate for their cause
An interest in publicly-funded education, commitment to Te Tiriti, unionism and social justice
Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a team situation
