We are a boutique cat and dog food exporter based in Tuakau, near Pukekohe.We export air dried and freeze-dried product globally-recipes such as venison and salmon with blueberry and feijoa....
we are not your typical pet food company.We operate a clean and tidy production site and packing site.
We are looking for one full-time Production Administrator to join our team on a Permanent basis.
(Minimum guarantee is 30 hours / week, roster working from Monday to Friday)
The location of work will be within the Waikato Region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Process orders (by using tools such as SPS, Shopify, Xero, Google Sheets)
Handling of paperwork associated with logistics
Record Keeping of incoming goods, production recipes forms, pre-op daily hygiene check, wash between batches, load out, maintenance, calibration
Record Keeping of inventory in the freezer.
Liaising with manager to co-ordinate ordering of product
Ordering of stationery, packaging materials
Responsible for organising and maintaining tidiness of storage areas of materials
Maintaining production records, batch tracking, product quality control
Fulfil other duties as reasonably required by management
Key skills :
Computer literate : Excellent level of ability with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and good level of data entry capability / speed
Communication : the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
Attention to detail : excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
Commerciality : ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
Teamwork : willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
Time management / organisation : accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
To be successful you will need to :
Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year relevant work experience in the same field or industry, OR
Have a relevant level 3 qualification or above OR
Have a bachelor or above degree in any area (equivalent overseas qualification can be accepted)
Have "can-do" attitude and team Spirit
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Advanced Computer literacy, communication skills and administrative skills
