You'll be meeting and greeting customers and working a variety of shifts so flexibility is key.You'll have demonstrated experience in a customer service role with previous reservations experience desirable but not essential.

You'll have a minimum of two years' experience in hospitality, along with knowledge of techniques and equipment for food preparation and consumption and food storage and handling techniques.
