This is a fantastic opportunity for an early career recruiter or experienced coordinator to develop their recruitment skills within a large organisation offering full training and coaching.
What You Will Do
Supported by our experienced team you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment within a diverse portfolio for our key stakeholders.
No day will be the same and you will utilise your strong organisational skills by juggling multiple priorities and timeframes.
Tasks will include :
Ensuring documentation and approval processes are followed
Undertaking detailed recruitment briefs with Hiring Managers
Crafting adverts and managing advertising channels
Arranging interviews - calendar invites, room books
Pre-screening and interviewing.
We work collaboratively, so you will support other recruitment team members with recruitment assignments and tasks.
You must be curious, show initiative and not be afraid to ask questions.
You will be able to demonstrate strong organisation skills.
You will also have :
1-2 years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment assignments, including advertising, screening, interviewing
experience with SnapHire or Workday or an applicant tracking system, would be advantageous
experience in a high-paced environment, ensuring compliance with internal processes and NZ employment legislation
stakeholder engagement - coaching managers to improve recruitment capability
advanced technical skills using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to prepare accurate documentation and reports.
