This role plays a key part in that journey, helping us build a more connected, empowered and strategically aligned P&C function. Join us as we lay the foundations for a stronger, more visible service that has our people at the heart of everything we do.
As our Capability Coordinator at Christchurch Women's Prison, you will play a vital role in making sure our learning and development programs run smoothly. You'll be the key point of contact for facilitators, participants, and practice leaders, ensuring training sessions and reflective practice sessions are well-organized by scheduling sessions, booking venues, and coordinating participant attendance. Working closely with the Workforce Planner and Rostering Coordinator, you'll help create schedules that fit seamlessly within operational requirements.
Beyond scheduling, you'll keep our Learning Management System (LMS) up to date, ensuring training information is accurate and easy to access. Your keen eye for detail will help track learning progress through management reports, where you'll interpret results and provide valuable insights to guide decision-making. You'll also be a proactive problem-solver, identifying potential challenges in training delivery, monitoring risks, and offering practical solutions to keep everything on track.

The midpoint of the salary range is $67,988 and the full range is $57,824 - $81,586 (80% - 120%) per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
