We're on the lookout for an Operations Coordinator to support our aftersales teams across our retail dealerships.
Based at our modern support office in Grey Lynn, this role plays a key part in supporting and delivering our aftersales strategies, driving operational improvements, enhancing customer excellence, and helping our teams perform at their best.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Retail Aftersales & Operations, you'll work closely with our Service Managers and aftersales teams, providing on-site support and delivering practical solutions that make a real difference.
In this role, you will :
Support the delivery of our Group aftersales strategies and initiatives.
Understand each dealership's pressure points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support and coach team members on Super Service Triage.
Ensure consistency and alignment with industry best practices across the Group.
Assist in implementing system and process enhancements across our dealerships.
Generating and maintaining reports on key performance metrics.
Providing ad-hoc data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Coordinating aftersales events and training sessions with external providers.
About You
Our ideal candidate has a background in automotive and the confidence to engage directly with dealership teams.
You enjoy improving processes, supporting people, and helping deliver measurable results.
You will have :
Proven experience in automotive aftersales, ideally in roles such as Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Warranty Administrator.
Hands-on experience with Super Service Triage or similar dealership management systems.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills (or a willingness to develop them).
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive and collaborative mindset.
