Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional - NEW Commercial Bay Concept Store

Are you excited by the prospect of opening a brand new adidas store and being a part of our expansion in New Zealand?

We are seeking passionate Advanced Retail Professionals for our NEW Performance Concept Store due to open late 2025 in Commercial Bay, Auckland on a part-time basis.

Successful candidates will be starting soon to ensure adequate training before we commence our bump in and store trade for these highly anticipated locations in the busiest period of the year.

Responsibilities

  • Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
  • Role modelling our service and selling standards and ownership of sales floor productivity to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Represent the adidas brand / company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Requirements

To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Working Hours

To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application!
