Theta has created a new Centre of Excellence for GenAI and we are looking for a Principal Consultant to lead the charge.

This is a rare opportunity to drive innovation, influence strategy and deliver solutions that matter. This is a pioneering role at Theta, designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of cutting‑edge AI technology, solution architecture, and customer impact.

You’ll be responsible for leading our GenAI Centre of Excellence by shaping and delivering GenAI solutions that drive real business value — both internally and for our clients. From designing intelligent agents and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems to advising on Responsible AI practices, this role is as strategic as it is hands‑on.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and deliver intelligent GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and Microsoft 365
  • Lead discovery workshops, shape strategic roadmaps, and build business cases
  • Prototype and deliver PoCs, demos, and reusable accelerators
  • Advise on Responsible AI, privacy, and compliance
  • Collaborate across teams to uplift capability and share knowledge
  • Engage in pre‑sales and client‑facing activities to showcase GenAI’s potential

What You Bring

  • Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and agent frameworks
  • Experience with API / SDK integration across systems including tool‑calling and agent frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Functions
  • Experience integrating GenAI into enterprise systems and workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering impact
