We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a mission-critical, large-scale website redesign and re-platform. This is a chance to rebuild and redefine Woolworths NZ’s digital foundation, while leading a team through a significant transformation.

You’ll lead and deliver the product strategy for Woolworths NZ’s future ecommerce website to deliver exceptional value for our customers and business.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading product strategy : Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our ecommerce website redesign and migration. You’ll be accountable for defining the strategy and delivering a successful customer launch. Once it’s live, you’ll pivot to identifying innovation opportunities that grow our ecommerce business and expand omnichannel capabilities.
• Providing leadership : Inspire and motivate a talented team towards a clear product vision. You’ll also collaborate with other product leaders to embed great product practices.
• Championing customers : Drive improvements in customer and team experience and ensure our new website truly serves their needs.
• Driving business outcomes : Deeply understand the business and competitive landscape, ensuring that what gets built is both valuable and viable
• Building strong relationships : Collaborate with other product teams, third-party vendors, and peers in Australia to ensure experience and technical alignment.
