Our multicultural, diverse school is looking for innovative teachers to join our kura.
Due to roll growth, we are in the unique position of having three permanent vacancies available in our English Medium classes across Y1-6.
The year level is negotiable.
Our school structure is single year levels across Y0 to Y2.
Y3–4 and Y5–6 are composite classes.
You will be working alongside a fantastic team of teachers and staff who are friendly, supportive and have a great sense of fun.
We look after each other and are driven by our values of Whanau Whanui, Manaakitanga and Manawanui.
The successful applicant will have strong pedagogical practice grounded in sustainable cultural relationships and strengths in working with neuro-diverse tamariki.
They will be able to work collaboratively with a dynamic group of teachers, be flexible, organised and open-minded.
Strong communication skills, and strengths in building learning focussed relationships with students and whanau are a must, along with a willingness to involve themselves in the varied activities our school has to offer.
Knowledge of BLSA is helpful.
