MFR is seeking an Analyst for South & South-East Asia with prior experience in the financial industry, especially in banking and non-banking financial institutions. This role involves contributing to a variety of assignments, including microfinance Institutional Ratings, Social and Environmental Ratings, Impact Assessments, Client Protection Certifications, and Assessments across the region.
The position requires participation in the full project cycle—from desk research and data analysis to on-site evaluations and final reporting. MFR provides structured internal training and field missions alongside senior analysts to support continuous professional growth and learning.
