A New Zealand Couriers contractor is an independent business owner; professional business people running their own business, and operate on a 'Contract of Service' with New Zealand Couriers.

You essentially own your own business but with the advantages of being paid on a set date, a starting base of customers, and our ongoing support from the industry professionals.

We have an opportunity for an new contractor to apply for an established run based in the Manurewa & Wattle Downs region.This diverse run consists of a small retail complex and a large residential area for deliveries along with a few commercial pickup customers within and on the outskirts of the run There is a requirement for an Electric Vehicle on this run.

• Average Daily Kms 120 km
• Average Daily Working Hours 11.5 Hours (roughly 5.30am-5pm)
• Run Contractor Earnings $120,000+ p.a.
• Key attributes to being successful : Attention to detail and quality of work Knowledge of the South Auckland region A mature and responsible work ethic Good customer service focus (both internal and external) A 'can do' positive attitude as well as being a team player Adaptability and flexibility in changing environments Reliability and honesty Eligible to work in New Zealand A professional image and good communication skills Clean drivers' licence with dangerous goods (D) endorsment Able to pass a criminal, credit and Police screening check If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have superb communication skills, can finance your own electric van, support yourself in business and continue to carry out the excellent service shown by the previous contractor - then we want to hear from you.
