Graphic Design Leader

That’s why we’re on a mission to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibres designing high-performance merino apparel that doesn’t mess up the places we love to play.

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Graphic Design / Lead Designer who lives and breathes design. Someone who is fearless, endlessly curious and inspired by every facet of visual storytelling. Based in Wanaka, you’ll play a key role in the marketing team and work closely with our Creative Director. Leading the creative charge, shaping bold, unforgettable campaigns that bring Mons Royale’s distinctive energy to life across every channel. From seasonal campaign rollouts to immersive retail experiences and dynamic digital platforms. This is a role for a designer who is driven to create impact and is a strong team leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction of seasonal campaigns, from concept to execution.
• Develop campaign assets across digital, web, social, email and retail environments.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to shape campaign storytelling.
• Maintain and evolve the visual expression and tone of Mons Royale.
• Provide strong creative leadership and collaborate seamlessly with graphic designers, marketing and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life.
• Ensure deadlines are met and multiple projects move smoothly without quality drop.
