Interior Design Assistant / Office Manager

This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends design, logistics, and studio management — perfect for someone looking to grow their career in the interior design industry while gaining experience across both residential and commercial projects.

About the Role

As our Interior Studio Coordinator , you’ll work closely with our senior designers to bring projects to life — from concept through to completion. You’ll also play a vital role in keeping the studio running smoothly, assisting with and managing :

• Preparing design presentations and sourcing materials
• Supporting residential and commercial design projects , including styling and home staging
• Leading and assisting with home staging installations — coordinating furniture, accessories, and on-site styling
• Managing office administration and client communications
• Handling bookkeeping and accounting in Xero across multiple businesses
• Overseeing logistics and scheduling — coordinating suppliers, deliveries, and installations in a managerial capacity
• Supporting the team on-site during installations and photoshoots
• Ensuring efficient studio organisation and smooth day-to-day operations
