Responsibilities

• Conduct e-learning needs analysis to understand clients’ training goals and desired learning outcomes.
• Review and evaluate clients’ existing training programs, and recommend strategies for conversion into blended or digital formats.
• Design and develop curriculum integrating technology and sound pedagogical approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
• Lead and supervise a team of instructional designers and content developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of e-learning content.
• Oversee the creation of multimedia-rich materials, including videos, animations, and interactive modules.
• Guide the team in translating learning objectives into engaging and effective storyboards.
• Ensure the quality of e-learning solutions through testing, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and developers to align content with learning objectives and outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
