The RoleThis is no ordinary front desk gig.
You'll be our office guru, vibe curator, and logistics legend.
From greeting clients with warmth and professionalism to keeping our office humming, you'll be the glue that holds our day-to-day together.Your mission (should you choose to accept it) : Be the friendly face and voice of Marks & Worth – greet clients, answer calls, and make everyone feel welcome.Keep our shared spaces sparkling and our printers behaving.Manage shared inboxes, mail, couriers, deliveries, and the occasional coffee run.Book flights, conferences, and courses like a travel agent ninja.Support client admin – filing, scanning, archiving, and setting up new clients and matters.Help organise team events, celebrations, and meetings (yes, cake is involved).
Keep diaries in sync and meetings on track.Tackle other admin tasks with flair and finesse.This role sits at the heart of a myriad of activity, blending client-facing, administration, and legal support.
It offers a lovely mix of working independently and being an integral part of the team.You're the kind of person who notices when the coffee is low, the meeting room needs a refresh, or someone's having a rough day.
You're proactive, calm under pressure, and love solving problems before they become problems.Your superpowers include : Top-notch communication and client service skills.Impeccable time management and initiative.Intermediate Office 365 skills and experience with client databases.A background in reception or admin (bonus points if you've worked in a legal setting - and if you happen to have any Trust accounting experience we'd love to talk!)A positive, curious, and collaborative attitude.You know this is a critical function to get right and have stories to share about the positive difference you've made.
You've thrived in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of getting stuck in, whatever the challenge.
