OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, organised part-time Administrator to join the Departments of Medicine and Psychological Medicine.
The role is the first point of contact for research students and supports both academic and clinical environments, including the Research Committee and Peer Review Committee.
The position involves working closely with supervisors and primary researchers to assist staff with administrative and clinical responsibilities, while recognising the sensitivities of operating within a critical health environment.You will provide a wide range of administrative support, including managing meetings, diaries, documents, and confidential records.
This role also manages the Eye Chart Store, handling orders and fulfilment, and coordinating stock supplies.

We are also seeking candidates for Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions with a separate salary range : Level 5, $69,931 to $74,609; Top of Range $80,285.You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply.
