About the role
As a Mental Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for :
supporting our nurses and other members of the healthcare team
patient cares, as required
ward maintenance
patient watch / supervision, with one-on-one care as required.

You will :
be confident in providing support and assisting patients
display initiative
be patient focused at all times
be able to adapt to a changing environment
have computer literacy
be working predominately afternoon and night shifts, but you may be required to work other shifts from time to time

Salary range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the CEA and the salary will be in accordance with the Pay Scale, between $59,024 and $74,442 p.a dependent on relevant experience.
