About the organization
Access Community Health (Aru Aru) stands as a leading provider of home-based healthcare and disability support in New Zealand. We are a 4,000 person‑strong team and have been at the forefront of community health since the 1920s. Our nurses and Kaiāwhina (Support Workers) provide services to more than 40,000 people. We listen to each one of them because we genuinely care. “A better day, every day.”
About the role
We are a 24 / 7 organisation committed to excellence. Our trained Casual Support Worker team works around the clock to support each individual’s care requirements and daily living. No qualifications or prior experience are required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure all Kaiāwhina Support Workers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need.
