About the Role
Join a dynamic Learning & Development team as a HR Assistant on a 6-month temporary contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting training operations, managing learning systems, and ensuring smooth execution of development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update training records in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Create and maintain course listings, collections, and learning history
- Handle general training‑related queries via email
- Support training logistics : coordinate invitations, attendance, venue setup, and feedback collection
- Assist in codifying competencies into structured templates
- Generate training reports upon request
