Senior Assistant Manager, HR (Medical Manpower Planning)
Location : One-North
Working Hours : Office Hours (8 : 30am–6 : 00pm) — Flexibility required to align with clinicians’ schedules (early mornings from 7am+ or after 6pm)
Working Days : Monday to Friday
We are seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Manager, HR (Medical Manpower) to join the Medical Manpower Office. This is a specialised HR role working closely with clinicians, focusing on manpower planning, HR advisory, and performance management for medical specialists. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and comfortable partnering senior clinical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support specialist manpower planning discussions with clinical service lines.
Manage end-to-end resourcing processes including interviewing, selection, offer administration, and onboarding.
Co-facilitate Total Performance Management processes at the cluster level.
Keep abreast of medical HR policies and recommend enhancements.
Supervise and coach junior executives to ensure smooth and professional delivery of HR services.
