Assistant Manager Clinical Operation Planning
In this role, you will support the Clinical Services Planning Office. You will play a key part in shaping, planning, and implementing the hospital’s clinical service portfolio—ensuring alignment with the hospital's core values and corporate directions.
Core Responsibilities
- Providing clinical service planning & support to the medical division HOD in developing new plans to enhance the clinical service
- You will facilitate and provide administrative coordination to ensure all implementations are according to the timeline
- Conduct outreach and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Propose recommendations and facilitate multi-disciplinary integration, interdepartmental collaboration, and cross-sector partnerships.
- Ensure MOH feedback and guidance are incorporated within the hospital’s planning cycles.
- Drafting and establishing an agreement with internal cluster or external stakeholders
- Contribute to the planning and rollout of the care approach
- Organise and coordinate meetings, venue bookings, logistics, and administrative arrangements.
- Provide secretariat support, including presentation, minutes, and agenda preparation
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, biomedical science, business, or any equivalentMinimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.Strong analytical and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
