Yard & Logistics Coordinator

The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive and hands-on Yard & Logistics Coordinator to join our Equipment Operations team in Wiri.

In this critical role, you'll coordinate daily yard operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and well-organised movement of plant, equipment, and materials.

You'll also support store operations, logistics, visitor inductions, and environmental compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate the movement of plant and equipment in and out of the yard.Move vehicles and equipment to reduce congestion and support daily operations.Induct visitors and new staff on yard operations and safety.Maintain a tidy, organised, and compliant yard environment.Liaise with internal teams to plan material / equipment movements.Manage inwards / outwards goods, stocktake, and inventory control (Odoo ERP).

Issue PPE and small equipment to staff.Promote and model Zero Harm behaviours and uphold HSE standards.Maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.Support reporting for audits, compliance checks, and performance reviews.About YouClass 1, 2 & 4 Driver Licence with F, W, T, R endorsements.Minimum 3+ years' experience in a yard, depot, or site coordination role.Hands-on experience in stores and inventory control.Good understanding of health and safety practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Physically fit and able to move heavy objects safely.Team player with a service-first attitude.Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or related field.Experience in warehousing and logistics.Working knowledge of SAP S4 / HANA and Odoo inventory systems.Why Join Us?
