About youTo be successful in this role, youll have the following skills and experience : Minimum 3 years experience in fleet coordination, administration, or related roles.Skilled in vehicle scheduling, maintenance tracking, and fleet utilisation.Hands-on experience with fleet management systems and vehicle booking processes (e.g., Fleetwise).

Proven ability to prepare business cases for fleet optimisation and service improvements.Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on fleet data.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Proactive, adaptable, customer-focused, and effective in collaborative team environments.Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
