What will you do?
We are looking for a Procurement Business Partner - Operations to deliver strategic procurement, vendor management, and procurement led initiatives to drive value across Ryman.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, translating business needs into effective procurement strategies.
You will lead sourcing and tender processes, negotiate supplier agreements, and build strong vendor and internal relationships across key categories including food & beverage, medical consumables, security, fleet and general operational supplies that support our day-to-day village operations.
Other key responsibilities include :
In partnership with the Procurement Manager, plan and execute procurement strategies and / or category plans that support business objectives.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement initiatives that maximise value for the business, focusing on cost-effectiveness, risk mitigation, and value creation.
Managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, service levels, and delivery.
Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure they meet company requirements.
Working closely with senior stakeholders (with support from both the Procurement Manager and GM Procurement) across the business to deliver results in a cross-functional, category-based environment.

Who are you?
You bring solid experience in procurement, negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management across a variety of operational categories, and know how to deliver commercial outcomes that support village operations.
You've got a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business needs into effective procurement strategies
You have experience in translating business requirements and priorities into commercial outcomes and mitigating risk through supply agreements and relationships
You are passionate about delivering results
You strive for excellence and look for ways to exceed expectations.
