Teacher capability building : Identify and plan for diverse learning needs to enhance teachers' capacity to support all students.

Promote inclusive practice : Engage with teachers to develop and embed inclusive practices school-wide.

Service coordination : Connect the school with essential specialist services, including resource teachers, external agencies, and community organizations.

Regional collaboration : Collaborate with regional Ministry teams to build school-wide capability and knowledge.

Team collaboration : Work alongside colleagues such as SENCOs, gifted coordinators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support.
