Are you passionate about making a difference for students requiring more tailored learning support? As our kura grows, so does our commitment to providing exceptional support for our diverse learners. The position of LSC complements our SENCO and part-time LSC roles, along with our full-time social worker.

We will tailor the role depending on the strengths of the LSC. But such roles may include :

• facilitation of small group interventions
• conducting classroom observations of students
• collaborating on IEPs with whānau and external organisations
• supporting the implementation of personalised learning programmes alongside teachers and LAs.

Experience in a specialised special needs role is preferred but not required! We are looking for someone who :

Potential for 1-2 FT units for an experienced candidate with an ability to lead another area in the school.
